Welcome to Collective Cleaning Service. By booking our services, visiting our website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
● Deep cleaning
● Move-in/move-out cleaning
● Construction clean-up
● Recurring cleaning services
All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Custom services may be arranged upon request.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the space. Clients will only be charged for the actual time and effort required.
3. Booking & Deposits
To secure an appointment, a deposit (typically 50-60%) is required. This deposit applies to your final balance and is refundable only if the booking is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
● Cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
● Rescheduling: Requests should be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We aim to provide flexible options.
5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure timely and safe access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. Lack of access will be considered a cancellation and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Arrival Times
● Residential Clients:
○ 1st Shift: Between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
○ 2nd Shift: Between 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
● Commercial Clients: Cleaning times will be customized based on specific needs and off-hour requirements.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering 100% satisfaction. If any part of your cleaning does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours. We will address the issue promptly at no extra charge.
8. Liability
Collective Cleaning Service is not liable for:
● Pre-existing damages
● Fragile or improperly installed fixtures
● Items not disclosed as sensitive or high-value
Please secure valuables and inform us of any special care items.
9. Payment Terms
● Residential Clients:
○ Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
○ Final balances are charged to the card on file the same day
○ 48-hour grace period for emergencies or travel
○ Late fees: 15% of the balance + $4/day
● Commercial Clients:
○ Invoices due upon receipt
○ Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms available upon agreement
10. Non-Payment
Residential accounts unpaid after 30 days will be sent to collections. Written notice will be sent before this action.
11. Free Estimates
● Residential: Free phone or written estimates available.
● Commercial: Free on-site or phone estimates provided. Written proposals available upon request.
12. Service Exclusions
We do not provide:
● Biohazard cleanings (blood, mold, pest infestations, etc.)
● Exterior window cleaning (except for commercial)
● Hauling trash/debris (arrangement assistance available)
● Cleaning of high-value artwork, lighting, or chandeliers
● Carpet or upholstery shampooing (requires a specialist)
13. Special Requests
Extra charges may apply for:
● Excessive trash or clutter
● Decluttering services (quoted separately)
● Requests outside standard service scope (to be approved in advance)
